Mommy and Daddy say this is not an accurate representation, as I have not been sleeping well lately, but this is what I looked like a few days ago taking a nap. Believe it or not, I am super-comfortable in this position.

A few months ago, my doctor said I should start drinking water. Well, I hate it. I hate it from the bottle and from my bottle-like sippy cup. Mommy told me that she would buy me a "big girl" sippy cup to see if that would help. Nope. I do, however, really like to chew on the sippy cup.

A New Favorite Snack

The other day while Daddy was eating an apple, I thought I'd grab it and try a bite. I loved it!!

Look where Mommy and Daddy found me yesterday... I can pull myself up onto my knees and peek over the side of the crib. Looks like it's time to lower the mattress another level... it's only a matter of time before I can pull myself to standing!

A New Toy

My mom and dad just got new cell phones. They are excited about their new "toys" but I am excited about mine! As soon as she was done with it, I grabbed Mommy's phone and started chewing... this is before she could reach over and turn it off!!

8 Months Old

Can you believe it? I was 8 months old yesterday! I have 5 teeth (I have been working on one on the top and it HURTS!) and am working on #6 right now. I am also trying to crawl... I can get up on my hands and knees but then I get stuck. I can still roll wherever I want to go.

This is a picture of me in my new sweatsuit that my TN grandparents sent me. I wore it when it was really cold the other day, along with my fuzzy bunny snow boots. Mommy took a picture because she said I looked like I should be with the celebs in People magazine in my cool ski outfit.

Weekend in Vermont

Hi all! We are back from a great weekend in Vermont. As you can see from these pictures there was A LOT of snow, and we had a great time. Many thanks to Aunt Susan and Uncle Mark for a great weekend!

We went sledding... at first, just the grown ups went and Harley chased while I watched.
The next day, I got to go on a smaller hill with Mommy and Daddy!!
It was very, very cold so it was important that I get all bundled up before I went outside. I also got to ride in the backpack I gave Daddy for Christmas.
We also went snowshoeing... what a great time! I think I had the best deal, though, as I got to ride and didn't have to do any of the work!
Even though everyone had a great time, the person who was the happiest to be there is not even a person... Harley had the BEST time!! He ran through the snow (which was almost as tall as him!) any chance he got.
We had a great weekend!!!!
